1. Use natural building materials, without chemical substances wherever possible.
2. As long as homes are made of natural timbers, always support the mountains, the domestic forestry industry and their workers.
3. Utmost and foremost, to train ourselves to be able to carry out whatever we can, wherever possible, with our own ability.
4. Moora House is simply a box within which to live; strive to be inventive to create the best environment in which to be.
5. Even if it is rental accommodation, strive to build dwellings to last more than 100 years, and become an asset to society.
